The technician also stated the valve cover is leaking oil and the oil is getting onto the spark plugs. The valve cover gasket also needs replaced.
- Remove and replace ignition coil and spark plugs.
- Remove and replace valve cover gasket.
- The release button is getting stuck. The release button is connected to an electronic switch to release the key. The technician stated the gear shifter assembly needs replaced. The dealer is able to get one from another location for next day delivery. The only one available. Dealership believes the part is being Discontinued. Customer declined replacement at this time.
